The rooms are stunning and clean. The hotel is on an unbeatable location near great restaurants, shopping and lots of interesting historic buildings, and harbour front. It's worth staying here and exploring Downtown Victoria district.

Had awesome stay on vacation and the weather was wonderful. The room was been upgraded to a great harbour view and available on level 2. The hotel was set in a very central area next to Butchart gardens and the older lobbies, restaurants & arcades. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby. I greatly enjoyed staying here.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Victoria. The hotel was wonderful, clean, in a new area. Elegant building and rooms with a tub. A special thanks to the employees on shift. In a very central location with pubs and eateries walking distance to the venue. The hotel walking distance to a theater and a gallery.

Excellent food, superb service and sweeping view of the harbor. Great-sized and contemporary rooms and feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Accommodating, immensely pleasant staff towards all guests. Location - marvellous, short walk to good restaurants, the parliament building, BC museum and Alaska & canada. Also, close to unique shops. The lobby restaurant for breakfast.

The place was fairly clean with a competent and best staff on shift. The location was peaceful and awesome for walking around Royal bc Museum. Besides, it was short walk to Victoria as well as the market. The breakfast was substantial for a deck-of-card sized French toast.
